I was asked this when i first joined... i answered ..

.I'm a fan (and you should be too) because... Lamb of god was the first heavy metal band i listened to and have surfed the furthest reaches of the global to find new music that are major influences from lamb of god and me as a person, there is so much to music, so much rhythm , lyrics, sounds and the energy you experience from going to see your favorite band live, I will always see lamb of god in concert when ever and where ever i can go to see them and be a part of there world there music speaks to everyone differently and for me i see the connection in the personal messages and also the energy and release they provoke from a crowd of thrashing metal heads. When you listen to just one song, you may not understand it but listening to the meaning and lyrics a few times you understand it and become one with it, when a new band comes out there songs average 2-3 minutes a song, Lamb of god has stuck to there roots and invited in the heavy metal roots of true ass kicking rhythms and melodies, when i first bought Resolution i did not know that Desolation was even on the album, how ever after the first minute and a half, i thought i had heard the whole album, when you have a band that can be this complex and melodically with there music it is amazing to watch them do there magic. The faded line, Blood of the Scribe, Set To Fail , Red Neck and Remorse is for the dead are all crowd provoking songs that beg the mind and the body to move and express yourself. When you can find a release in music it is a magical thing. Lamb of god will always be the top of my list for amazing rhythm insane drum solos and amazing crowd loyalty, i may not be at every show but i know i am a presence and a felt member of the road crew at every joyous occasion i can be a part of screaming the words and enjoying the roar of 2000 plus other people that see the perspective that is and always will be LAMB OF GOD
