I really love log, they are still my favourite band, however i thik they took a dip after ashes, sacrament and wrath were good, I just feel there seems to be less dissonance in the music these days when compared to the early stuff, it all seems more melodic and does not capture the aggression of the earlier albums, I also seem to think the vocals are taking over, I enjoyed huge chunks of metal without vocals but now there are vocals all the way through, and the volume seems to be above the riffs . I wish the riffs would take up more of the mix.
Awesome album, as always you can see different influences that the band has, and one of the most important things to me is how this album is different from the others, and still awesome.
When those few idiots comment about how this album was so terrible, I think you know that you've done your jobs right. Tracks such as "Barbaraosa", "Invictus", and "King Me" are some of the most eye opening songs I've heard. There is always a different and awesome sound to every album that I never want to end. Hail true metal!

We are in the midst of a heavy metal renaissance! In 2011, we had Anthrax, Megadeth and Machine Head all churning out long-awaited excellent albums. Metallica and Lou Reed released Lulu, realised it was crap and then my heroes redeemed themselves with Beyond Magnetic.
This band has never ever let me down. After all these years, the quality of music has either progressed or stayed consistent because of how overwhelmingly perfect it is. Each album has its own story, its own sound and its own feel. Resolution, without a doubt, has a feel. It reminds me a bit of Wrath in the way of how the first two tracks go hand-in-hand and how the last track becomes the perfect icing on the cake... sort of an anomaly because of how powerful it is. Reclamation, in some way, had the same affect on me as King Me. The Number Six releases me emotionally every time I hear it.
Definitely another 5* album, I never seem to be dissapointed with lamb of god. Truly nothing else out there even comes close to matching their style
Undertow has got to be one of the favourites of this album, upbeat, 100% metal, headbanger.
Cheated and insurrection are a couple more must-hear tunes.
So that's the funeral music sorted when grandad passes on, you need to make another album incase gran follows suit!
Can't wait for the resolution tour to hit up the uk! \m/

I had been anticipating this album for a while. The sound is amazing. Desolation and Inssurection have to be my favorites at the moment. Randy's voice still blows me away every time. Can't wait for a tour! \m/
This album is worth listening.'Ghost Walking' is really making my soul walk.The lyrics are outstanding.'King me' is a must listen track.These two tracks will grab your attention and you will start loving this record.Lamb of God I consider you as my Gods and Randy Blythe you are my mentor.
Loved the combination of all the best elements of all of your previous albums. Now just do one more thing, ENDORSE RON PAUL. PEACE AND PROSPERITY 2012!
It's about time metal had it's resolution after a seemingly boring 2011. Lamb of God have not disappointed with their 7th Studio Album. An absolute powerhouse of thundering drums by the bearded stickman, Chris Adler; riffs that imprint on your brain by the guitar welding dynamic duo of Mark Morton and Willie Adler; the rumble in the south from mastermind 4 stringer, John Campbell and the forever progressing laraynx from hell, Randy Blythe.

My favourite song: Insurrection - Randy trying a new vocal style and pulling it off
well u guys did it again!!! great metal on time as usual!!!!this album has its own identity just like the rest great guitar acrobatics (love it) bear in a trap vocals gut punching drums and bass that could make an elephant cream itself!!! well with that this album has great choruses there more defined this time around and much more rememorable this album makes my hair stand up like a cat in heat and makes my junk hard!! (needless to say my girlfreind always wants me to listen to this album lol!) so thank u guys ill b waiting im counting 2 to 3 years is way to long to hear whats next!!!!

This is absolutely the best, most montrous album you ever released.
I wouldn't have missed it in any case.
i would fucking buy this album even if it was a million dollars.. it is worth every penny!!

Mediocre and rather forgettable, especially compared to their past four great albums. Disappointing.

Worth the wait!! 56 minutes of Pure American Metal!! I love these guys!! Hard, Fast, and Furious w/brutal vocals. 5 stars .
