I've been to my fair share of concerts... but this one was definitely the one to remember. This gig was special just because it was at a small venue and it felt like the music was being brought to us fans personally. I paid 165 for the ticket, met some awesome people, and was at the railing the entire time... and in the end, I grabbed Willie's pick, and got acknowledged by Mark and Randy numerous times. It was awesome. Hope they come back soon.
This band has never ever let me down. After all these years, the quality of music has either progressed or stayed consistent because of how overwhelmingly perfect it is. Each album has its own story, its own sound and its own feel. Resolution, without a doubt, has a feel. It reminds me a bit of Wrath in the way of how the first two tracks go hand-in-hand and how the last track becomes the perfect icing on the cake... sort of an anomaly because of how powerful it is. Reclamation, in some way, had the same affect on me as King Me. The Number Six releases me emotionally every time I hear it.
